On occasion,
The AFRAM Group will assist an organization by providing interim
management assistance to help structure a development office.
The AFRAM Group has had one of its Principals assist a national
women's organization structure its development office with
an emphasis on improving its data management system and corporate
solicitation strategies. After working two days a week for
two years with this client, The AFRAM Group structured a full-time
Development Director position, worked with the client to conduct
a candidate search and participated in screening and rating
the candidates until an individual was selected and offered
the job. The AFRAM Group also has operated Development Offices
when there has been a Development Director vacancy to assist
clients in having supervision of essential development staff
functions while searching for a new Director of Development.
