Planning
and Development Audits
A religious
order headquartered north of Philadelphia that runs educational
institutions, from primary schools to one of higher learning,
throughout the nation and in the Caribbean, needed to determine
the status of its fund-raising program to plan for potential
short falls in income. Two members of The AFRAM Group collected
and studied all available information, interviewed management
staff and people with institutional memories, and presented
the findings with recommendations to executive
management.
