Training
A faith-based,
non-denominational organization that empowers individuals
by providing them with training on starting and developing
a small business employed The AFRAM Group to help it to create
and to implement its strategic plan, its business plan, and
its development plan over a two-year period. Also, the firm
guided its governing board through the process of revising
its by-laws. These services were provided using interactive
techniques at board and staff retreats and at regular board
meetings.
